West Indianapolis Neighborhood Congress (WINC) is a collective voice for quality of life issues in West Indianapolis. The West Indianapolis borders run east to west from White River to Holt Rd, and north to south from the CSX railroad tracks to Raymond St. Do you live in West Indy? If so, come be a part of the conversation and help us improve our community! We meet remotely via Zoom every month on the second Saturday.

WINC Neighborhood Meeting Schedule

Every month on the second Saturday at 10am (see dates below). We currently meet via Zoom and Facebook Live. However, due to elections, our January 2023 meeting will be a hybrid in-person and virtual meeting. If you want to attend the January 14, 2023 meeting in person, we will be at the West Indy Public Library in the Community Room at 10am. We look forward to having in-person options every month again soon!
